The Melitta® Solo® is one of the slimmest automatic coffeemakers on the market and stands for pure coffee enjoyment. Aromatic espresso and café crème can be prepared within just 20 cm width. You can select one of three different settings for the brewing strength and the coffee quantity continuously to your individual taste – and also during dispensing if required. The “Double Cup” function also allows you to dispense two cups of one coffee speciality at the same time.

Thanks to the pre-infusion function, the freshly ground coffee powder is dampened briefly before the actual brewing process, i.e. before your coffee is brewed with a perfectly adjusted contact time between the water and coffee. This ensures a particularly aromatic coffee flavour.

Convenient use & easy cleaning
Espresso and café crème can be very simply selected with the direct keys. In addition to the brewing strength (three settings) and the grinding fineness (five settings), you can also adjust the temperature and coffee quantity to your individual taste – if necessary, also during dispensing.
It is important to clean your automatic coffeemaker on a regular basis to ensure it works perfectly, gives you the best coffee flavour and has a long life. For this reason, the Solo® tells you when it needs to be cleaned or descaled. Since the brewing unit can be removed easily, you can also clean the interior. Furthermore, we recommend using a Melitta® Pro Aqua water filter. It not only filters the water each time a beverage is dispensed to ensure true coffee flavour and optimum taste, it also prevents limescale deposits in the water circuit.

For the sake of the environment: our Melitta® automatic coffeemakers have a practical Auto OFF function in addition to a programmable energy-saving mode. This allows you to set the automatic switch-off time for your coffeemaker – for particularly economic usage. Of course, you can alternatively switch the appliance off manually via the 0-Watt switch.
