Smart technology that saves money
Our fully automatic coffee machines feature a programmable energy-saving mode as well as a practical auto-off function. This allows you to decide when your coffee machine switches off automatically. Of course, you can also disconnect the device manually from the power supply using the 0-watt switch. This way, you keep the energy consumption for your coffee enjoyment to a minimum.
Of course, we also offer some energy-saving features for filter coffee lovers. Filter coffee machines with a thermal jug keep your coffee warm for a particularly long time without the machine needing to stay switched on. For many devices with a glass jug, you can program how long the coffee should be kept warm before the automatic shut-off is activated.

Your fully automatic coffee machine serves you faithfully day in, day out, but it’s getting a bit old and you would like to have it thoroughly serviced and cleaned?
In both cases, we will clean your coffee machine thoroughly inside and out. With the deluxe option, we also proactively replace heavily used predefined parts.

Spare Parts & Repairs
If your fully automatic coffee machine or filter coffee machine needs a spare part despite good care, that’s no problem. In our online shop, you will find many spare parts that you can easily replace yourself at home. These include, for example, jugs for filter coffee machines or water tanks and brewing units for fully automatic coffee machines.
If things get a bit more complicated, we are happy to repair your fully automatic coffee machine in our own repair service in Minden or at one of our service partners. We even guarantee 10 years of repairability for our fully automatic coffee machines and just as long availability of spare parts!
Refurbished Coffee Machines
We give fully automatic coffee machines and filter coffee machines that have been returned by our customers for various reasons a second chance, because they are far too valuable to throw away.
The devices are inspected and carefully refurbished by our qualified technicians, and above all, thoroughly cleaned—inside and out. Every refurbishment ends with a function test and a safety check.
Minor signs of use are possible, but they do not affect the function of the coffee machines in any way.
Please don’t be surprised: for sustainability reasons, we do not replace the packaging. But don’t worry—a technically flawless device is inside the possibly dented or slightly damaged box.
Because we are so confident in the quality of these devices, we also offer a 2-year warranty on our refurbished coffee machines.
