Our brewing process ensures optimal development of the coffee flavour and thus excellent coffee enjoyment. Thanks to the pre-infusion function, the freshly ground coffee powder is dampened briefly before the actual brewing process, i.e. before your coffee is brewed with a perfectly adjusted contact time between the water and coffee.

This fully automatic coffee machine only ever grinds the required amount of beans and uses them for the selected coffee. To preserve the aroma of the coffee beans in the bean container, the lid is extra dark tinted and equipped with a special Aromasafe® seal.

This fully automatic coffee machine not only impresses with its aromatic coffee and wide range of functions, but also with its cubic and space-saving design. The “Double Cup” function also makes it easy to prepare two cups of coffee at the same time and, thanks to the height-adjustable spout (135 mm), glasses and large cups can also be conveniently placed underneath.

This fully automatic coffee machine has a milk frothing system that also enables the preparation of coffee-milk specialties. The practical Auto Cappuccinatore guarantees perfect milk foam. In a second step, you can add your espresso and prepare a cappuccino or latte macchiato depending on the order and quantity ratio. The Auto Cappuccinatore can also be used to heat milk and water, ideal for making cocoa or tea.

Passione® makes it easy to make espresso or café crème. The special feature of the direct brewing buttons is that you can choose between a small (40 ml), a medium (120 ml) and a large coffee (200 ml) and the respective bean quantity is preset directly. Of course, the quantity can also be adjusted to suit individual tastes (25-220 ml) and the coffee strength can be set in five stages. The LED symbol display provides additional support.

For flawless operation, the best coffee taste, and a long service life of your fully automatic coffee machine, regular cleaning is important. The service button on the Passione® makes it easy to run the automatic cleaning and descaling program and to access the water hardness settings. Thanks to the user-friendly removal of the brewing unit, the interior can also be cleaned easily. In addition, we recommend using a Melitta® Pro Aqua water filter. This not only filters the water before each brew, but also helps prevent limescale buildup in the water system.

For the sake of the environment: our Melitta® automatic coffeemakers have a practical Auto OFF function in addition to a programmable energy-saving mode. This allows you to set the automatic switch-off time for your coffeemaker – for particularly economic usage. Of course, you can alternatively switch the appliance off manually via the 0-Watt switch.
